A norma reorganiza as regras sobre tratamento do cr\u00e9dito e cria caminhos extrajudiciais para que o credor recupere o que lhe \u00e9 devido, sem depender exclusivamente do Poder Judici\u00e1rio. O estudo examina o <strong>aperfei\u00e7oamento das regras de garantia<\/strong> (aliena\u00e7\u00e3o fiduci\u00e1ria de im\u00f3vel, hipoteca, agente de garantia), a <strong>excuss\u00e3o extrajudicial<\/strong> (intima\u00e7\u00e3o, consolida\u00e7\u00e3o, leil\u00e3o), as <strong>prote\u00e7\u00f5es ao devedor<\/strong> (direito de prefer\u00eancia, sobra, d\u00edvida residual), bem como o <strong>concurso de credores<\/strong> e a <strong>solu\u00e7\u00e3o negocial pr\u00e9via ao protesto<\/strong>.
