La loi r\u00e9organise les r\u00e8gles relatives au traitement du cr\u00e9dit et cr\u00e9e des voies extrajudiciaires permettant au cr\u00e9ancier de recouvrer ce qui lui est d\u00fb, sans d\u00e9pendre exclusivement du pouvoir judiciaire. L&#8217;\u00e9tude examine l&#8217;<strong>am\u00e9lioration des r\u00e8gles relatives aux garanties<\/strong> (ali\u00e9nation fiduciaire, hypoth\u00e8que, agent de garantie), la <strong>r\u00e9alisation extrajudiciaire<\/strong> (sommation, consolidation, vente aux ench\u00e8res), la <strong>protection du d\u00e9biteur<\/strong> (droit de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, surplus, dette r\u00e9siduelle) ainsi que le <strong>concours de cr\u00e9anciers<\/strong> et la <strong>solution n\u00e9goci\u00e9e pr\u00e9alable au prot\u00eat<\/strong>.
